The Channel District improvements involve the design and construction within right-of-way areas along nine street segments within the Channel District of Tampa, Florida.
Labor Day Notice
- The contractor will suspend construction activities on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Work will resume Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

- Upgraded water, wastewater and storm water utilities
- Funding provided by the City of Tampa’s Channel District Community Redevelopment Area (CRA)
